Therapy is a unique and individual process — similar to the creative process. Supporting this process with my own expertise and experience, I provide space for you to show up in whatever way feels most authentic to you.

I am committed to forming meaningful relationships with my patients, which is a collaborative process that often takes time to unfold. My practice is informed by my background in public health, advocacy, and community building. I value compassion, curiosity, and justice and aim to bring these qualities to my work as a therapist.

I received my doctorate degree from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, California. I am licensed in California (PSY34034) and Wisconsin (No. 5111 - 57). My training is eclectic and has included community-based outpatient, inpatient, and forensic settings.
